Our standard service day is 10 hours, covering both transfers and guiding.

If the vehicle or guiding time exceeds 10 hours on a given day, each additional hour is charged at €60.

We match the vehicle to group size, luggage and service level. Typical allocations:

• 1–3 people: premium sedans such as Mercedes or BMW;
• 4–7 people: business vans such as the Mercedes V-Class;
• 8–19 people: mid-size vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter;
• 20 people and above: minibuses or luxury coaches, according to group size.

For specific requirements — a 7-seat van, a luxury SUV, a particular brand, extra luggage capacity or a premium coach — please tell us in advance and we will arrange accordingly. The exact vehicle and seat count depend on scheduling on the day.

We work mainly with Mandarin-speaking small groups of up to 10 people. Some packages include a full-time Mandarin guide; others include a Mandarin-speaking guide-driver, who drives and provides commentary in Chinese.

If you need another language — English, Cantonese and so on — please note it when booking and we will arrange a matching guide.

Please note: some museums and historic sites, such as the Church of Saint Sava and the Sarajevo Tunnel Museum, may require a licensed local official guide for entry. We book this in advance and interpret on site so the visit runs smoothly. Local official guide fees are normally not included in the base package price; we will tell you separately if they apply.

Airport transfers include a Mandarin-speaking driver meeting you with a name board, help with hotel check-in or waiting arrangements, an air-conditioned vehicle throughout, and transfer anywhere within the Belgrade city area. Transfers must be booked in advance with confirmed flight details.

We can help you buy a SIM card during your airport pickup, from the main operators (MTS, Yettel, A1 and others). We can also help set up an eSIM if your device supports one, so you are online the moment you land.

Yes — one person can join a shared group departure. Some fixed itineraries, such as day trips, also run for a single traveller. Check the individual tour page or ask us to confirm.

Euro cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Wise transfer, PayPal and card payment.

Corporate and group clients can pay by company bank transfer against a formal invoice; account and invoicing details are provided when the booking is confirmed and the contract signed.

If you cancel for personal reasons:

• More than 30 days before departure: refund of all payments made, minus non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (e.g. hotels, admission tickets, flights, ferry tickets, and payment processing fees);
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the tour package fee refunded, minus non-refundable third-party costs already incurred;
• 7–15 days before departure: 30% of the tour package fee refunded, minus non-refundable third-party costs already incurred;
• Less than 7 days before departure, or failure to join the tour on time (no-show): no refund.

If we cancel the tour for reasons on our side, you may choose free rescheduling or a full refund.

If the tour cannot proceed due to force majeure — severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, border closures, or transport disruptions — we will first offer free rescheduling; if rescheduling is not possible, we will refund all costs not actually incurred. Third-party costs already incurred and non-recoverable (such as hotels, admission tickets, flights, or ferry tickets) are handled according to the suppliers' policies.

An itemised breakdown of any deducted costs is available on request.

For some day trips and short excursions, the cancellation window stated on the tour page applies.

For clients with a confirmed booking, we can provide basic invitation-letter support for Serbian and related visa applications. Any fee depends on the scope of the service.
