Founder
A Chinese entrepreneur who has lived in several countries and travelled the region for years. He founded BALKAN CHINA with one simple goal — to make the Balkans feel close. He knows the local ground resources well and bridges Chinese and Balkan cultures; many of our in-depth routes are personally designed and refined by him. He is the team's lead planner and the designer behind every journey.

Serbia Operations Coordinator
Selma loves a challenge. A born-and-raised Belgrader with rich hospitality experience, she handles airport-transfer scheduling, local interpreter arrangements and on-the-ground troubleshooting. Warm and professional, she is the host many guests remember best.

With her international experience, Iris helps us read and navigate local Balkan culture with ease. Based in Belgrade, she handles website support, itinerary communication and customer questions.
