 Our standard service time is 10 hours per day (including transfers and guiding).

 If the vehicle or guiding time exceeds 10 hours in a day, each additional hour is charged at €60.

We arrange a suitable vehicle based on group size, luggage and service level. Common vehicles include:

• 1–3 people: premium sedans such as Mercedes and BMW;
• 4–7 people: business vans such as the Mercedes V-Class;
• 8–19 people: mid-size vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter;
• 20+ people: minibuses or luxury coaches according to group size.

For special requirements — a 7-seat van, luxury SUV, a specific brand, extra luggage space or a premium coach — please let us know in advance and we will arrange accordingly.

Exact vehicle and seat count are subject to actual scheduling.

We can help you buy a SIM card at airport pickup, with popular operators (MTS, Yettel, A1, etc.).

We can also help set up an eSIM (if your device supports it) so you are online the moment you land.

We focus on Mandarin small groups of up to 10 people. Some packages include a full-time Mandarin guide, others a Mandarin guide-driver (driving plus commentary in Chinese).

If you need a specific language (English, Cantonese, etc.), please note it when booking and we will arrange a matching guide.

Please note:

Some museums and historic sites (such as the Church of Saint Sava and the Sarajevo Tunnel Museum) may require a licensed local official guide for entry; we arrange this in advance and assist with interpretation for a smooth visit. Local official guide fees are usually not included in the base package price and will be advised separately if they apply.
